As a coach, conduct online coaching sessions digitally

As a coach, you use all the functions that the board provides for digital coaching sessions for the coaching conversation. First, you agree on a question and goals, which are then visualized on the board. Then, using a template from the board, you work together to develop the coachee’s inner team, for example, and then discuss the “four-page-one-message” communication model, which is also stored on the board. Finally, they define specific strategies for action, which are visualized on a template in the board.

Developing talent as an HR professional with the LINC COACHING BOARD

As part of talent management, you can use the board to support all stages of your employees’ development process. First, you use the board to conduct an orientation center to select talent for your talent pool. You then implement various development measures with the selected talents, such as 360-degree feedback meetings or target agreement meetings in the Board. Between the modules of the program, the talents use Learning Nuggets and other activities in the ACTIVITY CENTER to develop themselves further.

Yes, the functions and stored information are constantly being expanded and supplemented. In the future, for example, additional languages will be available and new coaching functions, coaching methods and communication models will be integrated.

There are no additional costs apart from the monthly subscription costs described above.

Once the subscription has been taken out, it runs until it is canceled. You can cancel the subscription monthly, easily and without giving reasons.

You can easily cancel your subscription to the LINC COACHING BOARD by logging in to your coaching board, then clicking on the menu item “My data/subscription” and then managing your subscription. There you can easily cancel your current plan. Alternatively, you can send us an e-mail to coachingboard@linc.de and ask us to cancel your subscription as soon as possible.

All servers for the board are located in Germany/the EU.

Apart from a stable Internet connection and an up-to-date Internet browser, you do not need any other technical requirements to use the CB. You also do not need to download any files, everything runs online on your computer without additional programs.

If the 4 coaching sessions included in the basic subscription are not enough and you want to do more coaching sessions per month, you can easily upgrade your current basic subscription to a premium subscription, which gives you an unlimited number of coaching sessions per month. To do this, simply log in to your Coaching Board, click on the menu item “My data/Subscription” and then you can manage your current subscription and easily change the plan.
