Further information on data processing can be obtained from the respective coach who is responsible for the data processing and who is therefore obliged to fulfill the information obligations. The following information summarized under this section 1 thus serves purely as a service of LINC GmbH and does not claim to be complete with regard to the fulfillment of Art. 13 DSGVO.

It is not possible to use the Coaching Board without processing the coachee data for the purposes described.

c) Recipient of the data
LINC North America Incorporated is the recipient of the coachee data and processes it as a processor exclusively on the instructions of the coaches or the companies that use the Coaching Board. LINC North America Incorporated commissions another service provider to host and provide the technical infrastructure of the Coaching Board. Within the framework of the Coaching Board, the coachee data is stored exclusively on servers in a professional data center located within the Federal Republic of Germany.
The video call function is provided by Agora, a service of Agora Lab, Inc. based in the USA. Agora acts as our sub-processor and is contractually obliged to guarantee suitable technical and organizational measures for data protection. Data transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. Standard contractual clauses in accordance with Art. 46 DSGVO have been concluded to ensure an appropriate level of protection.
d) Storage period and deletion of data
The deletion of the coachee data is generally the responsibility of the coach or the company as the controller. The data will be deleted by LINC North America Incorporated at the latest after the end of the cooperation with the coach or handed over to the coach or the company.
e) Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your stored data, a right to object to the processing and a right to data portability in accordance with the requirements of the applicable data protection law. LINC North America Incorporated commissions service providers for individual processing operations.
